Recruitment and Staffing Agency Website Design
Custom WordPress websites that give employers and candidates their own clear paths, show the roles you fill and make it easy to request staff or apply.
Overview
What This Service Covers
A recruitment website has two audiences with opposite goals. Employers want to know whether you can fill their roles, how quickly and in which specialties. Candidates want to see open jobs, understand the process and apply without friction. When both are pushed through the same pages, both leave.
I design and build recruitment and staffing agency websites in WordPress around those two journeys. Employer pages explain your services and the roles you place; candidate pages lead to jobs and applications; and each side has its own call to action.
Challenges
Common Recruitment Website Problems
- Employers and candidates sent through the same generic pages
- Job listings that open in a separate system with no way back to your site
- No clear explanation of the specialties or industries you recruit for
- Long application forms that candidates abandon on mobile
- Outdated design that undersells a professional agency
Approach
How I Structure a Recruitment Website
The structure starts with the two audiences. Employers get pages for the services you offer, such as contract, permanent or temporary staffing, and the industries or specialties you cover, ending in a staff request form. Candidates get a jobs section, an explanation of how the process works and a short application or CV upload path.
Job listings can come from the applicant tracking system or job board you already use, embedded or linked where your provider supports it, or managed directly in WordPress for smaller agencies. This is the same employer and candidate separation I used for a healthcare recruiting company.

FAQ
Recruitment Website Design FAQ
Can you show jobs from our applicant tracking system?
Usually, yes. Most ATS and job board providers offer an embed, plugin or job feed. I connect the option your provider supports so jobs appear inside your own site design. Smaller agencies can also manage jobs directly in WordPress.
Should employers and candidates have separate pages?
Yes. They need different information and different next steps, so each gets its own navigation path and call to action, such as a staff request for employers and an application for candidates.
Can candidates upload a CV or resume?
Yes. Application forms can accept file uploads, or link to your ATS application flow if you prefer candidate data to stay in that system.
Will my team be able to post jobs and update pages?
Yes. Jobs, specialty pages and team profiles are built so your team can update them without code.
Can you redesign our existing recruitment website?
Yes. If your current site has pages or rankings worth keeping, a redesign keeps what works and rebuilds the structure around both audiences.
Do you use a recruitment website template?
No. Each recruitment website is designed from scratch around your specialties and audiences. If you already have a theme, template or design you want to keep, I can build with that instead.
