Dental Website Design for Practices That Want More Appointments
Custom WordPress websites that explain your treatments clearly, introduce your dentists and make booking an appointment easy on any phone.
Overview
Dental Practice Website Design
Patients choose a dentist for very different reasons. Someone with a toothache wants to know whether you take emergency appointments and how quickly they can be seen. A family looking for a new practice wants to know which insurance you accept, who the dentists are and what the office is like. A patient considering implants or clear aligners wants detail and reassurance before they book a consultation.
I design and build dental websites in WordPress and Elementor Pro around those decisions: a page for each treatment you want more of, dentist and team profiles, insurance and payment information, new patient details and an appointment request on every page.
My healthcare website work includes a mobile anesthesia provider website and a home care agency website (myharmonycareathome.com). I do not yet have a dental practice in my portfolio, so I apply the same healthcare website experience to dental sites.
Challenges
Common Dental Website Problems
- Treatments listed on one page with no detail
- Phone number and booking hard to find on mobile
- No clear insurance or payment information
- Stock photos instead of your real team and office
- Hours and closures that only a developer can change
Approach
How I Structure a Dental Website
The structure starts with your treatments: general and family dentistry, cosmetic treatments, implants, orthodontics, emergency care and any specialty services you offer. Each gets its own page explaining what the treatment involves and who it is for.
The header keeps the phone number and an appointment request visible on mobile. New patient information, insurance and payment options and office hours sit where patients look for them, so the front desk answers fewer basic calls.
Dentist and team pages show qualifications and real photos, and the office page shows the location, parking and accessibility details patients ask about.

FAQ
Dental Website Design FAQ
Can patients book appointments online?
Yes. I can link or embed the online booking tool your practice already uses, or add a short appointment request form that sends requests to your front desk.
Can we list the insurance plans we accept?
Yes. Accepted insurance plans, payment options and financing can be listed clearly, and your team can update them when they change.
Can each treatment have its own page?
Yes. Each treatment you offer can have its own page, which helps patients understand it and helps the page appear for searches about that treatment.
Can our team update hours and offers?
Yes. Hours, holiday closures, team members and offers are built as editable sections your staff can update in Elementor.
Do you handle patient health information?
Contact and appointment request forms should collect only basic information. I do not build systems that store patient health records; those stay in your practice management software.
Do you use a dental website template?
No. Each dental website is designed in WordPress and Elementor Pro around your practice, treatments and patients, not copied from a dental template.
